Free, provided as they are, and free to build on.
These are the plain terms for using this site and the games on it. If anything here is unclear, ask: hello@uphill-games.com.
Every game is free to play. They are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. We try hard to make them accurate and to say where they simplify, but they are games, not tools for real decisions. Do not rely on one to plan a real evacuation, fight a real fire, or manage real land. If you need to act in the real world, ask the people whose job that is.
A great deal. The code is under the MIT License and the games, writing and art are under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. You may play, study, copy, translate and build on them, within those terms. The licence page explains it in full.
To the extent the law allows, Uphill Games is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using this site or the games. You use them at your own risk.
If these terms change, the new version will simply appear here. There are no accounts to notify, so the current page is always the current terms.
